Times change, people die. Civilizations grow old, and are replaced. Yesterday turns into history, and history fades into legends. But stories linger on, unravaged by time. What will yours be?

I'll be updating this again as soon as I get somethings worked out enough for me to sketch them, I promise.

Ah crap. Three months already? Girlfriend, job hunting, family, birthdays. So much to DO! I'm attempting to get back to work though. Thanks for your patience.

But I'm making this little impromptu Hiatus official. I know I haven't posted in the last month or two, due mostly to family, BUT I haven't been idle. I have been writing and, more importantly, getting a few lessons in drawing from various friends and family. Traditional work, you know. I will post some more written work shortly, but PLEASE don't expect any drawings or sketches for a little while. I might post at least one or two, I might not. I'm not sure yet. If I do, they will go in a folder called "Studies" or something. I'll have something up day or two after New Years for sure.

Ladies and Gentlemen,

This Christmas, I ask for one thing. Wish me a Merry Christmas. Or a Happy Hanukkah If that is what you celebrate, or whatever you celebrate this time of year. If you don't celebrate any holy day, wish me a Merry Christmas because that is what I celebrate, or Happy Holidays if that makes you more comfortable. I won't be offended, I promise. I'm sure there are many others out there who share this feeling.

To my Jewish friends, Happy Hanukkah. To my fellow Christians, Merry Christmas. To everyone else, Happy Holidays. And to all, may your hearts be light, and all your days be blessed.

On a lesser note,

The lovely and talented Letty Wilson aka Sugar-Hi Unicorn (found here: [link]) has graciously agreed to do work based on my Aurora Universe. As I have mentioned before, this universe is very much a WIP and I'm not entirely sure where I want to go with it, but her work is outstanding and ...Can you keep a secret? *Looks around, leans forward conspiratorially* Her sketches have helped clarify my own ideas. At least in my own head. If EVER I post some of her work here, I will be giving her FULL credit for the work, and the only credit I will take would be that of providing ideas since my own artwork (as you can easily see, my skills-talents?-tend more toward the writing end) is nowhere near the same quality. At least for now.
